Farrell, did it occur to you that perhaps the "kid" with the gun wasn't talking about Phena but about the actual monster you were chasing? You're totally having a different conversation than Hunter is. Whatever. Probably shouldn't have been so vague to start with, that might have helped you two clear things up before they turned violent. Lucky for me, I like the violence. More please.

Also, for the record, Hunter's not so inattentive he didn't reload. His gun misfired. Farrell would know that if he were familiar with archaic chemical combustion weapons. If he didn't reload, it would have just *click* *click*'d instead of attempting to fire. Ah, the things Disney teaches me...

And Phena...I'll let you know what's going on in the next page. You just stumble and catch yourself against that tunnel wall and watch out for residual acid.

Oh dear, there's something really wrong with the foreshortening on that first panel. Best to pretend it's not there for now. Also, I suppose there should have been a panel between three and four, but no dice. And Farrell must have turned the sound component of the gun back on, because it's making godawful noises at poor Slick.
