I initially thought, "Ooh, looks like a dromaeosaurid," (velociraptor, deinonychus, etc.) but almost immediately changed my mind and couldn't tell if it looked more like a ornithomimid or a theriznosaur. In the end, I ignored all reference material I dug up because I was merely distracting myself with dinosaur info instead of drawing this pokemon.
Then the jungle proved to be a difficult thing to draw, and I'm not sure it looks perfect but I'm afraid to mess it up so I'll quit while I'm ahead.
